1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand soon.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Rate (Pakistan-wide): PKR 250

  • Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 3,000

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details, so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Some of our logistics partners include:

7. Delivery Issues

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Zauqish will not be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
