We offer a 14-day return policy at Zauqish, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
